Monthly Agent Case Bonus
Monthly agent case bonus (MACB)
1. Implementation Date - The MACB is implemented effective 1 August 2022.
2. Participation - The MACB is a monthly compensation item payable - subject to minimum qualification requirements to agents and agency leaders on their personal production.
3. Qualifying Requirements -To be entitled to MACB, the following minimum requirements must be met by an agent or an agency leader on his personal production
3.1. Net Case Count-minimum three (3) for the month 3.2. Personal Persistency at least 85% for the month
4. MACB Computation - The MACB is computed monthly by multiplying an agent's or agency leader's personal First Year Commissions (FYC) paid for the month by the applicable MACB rate. The MACB rate is dependent on the agent's or agency leader's Net Case Count for the month,
4.1. Ordinary Life (OL)/Unit Linked (UL) issued cases with at least PHP 36,000 APE per case will be given a 1:1 case count credit.
4.2. Combined APE of OLIUL cases - including joint cases - with less that P36,000 APE will be divided by P36,000 to determine case count
4.3. The total case count credit's shall be net of OL/UL cases that lapsed or were cancelled during the current month.
5. MACB Rate Table-The MACB rate is determined using the following table:
6. Taxable Income-The MACB forms part of the agent's or agency leader's compensation and is subject to applicable taxes.

Enhanced Quarterly Production Bonus
Enhanced Quarterly Production Bonus (EQPB)
1. Implementation Date - The EQPB replaces the Quarterly Production Bonus (QPB) effective 1 July 2022
2. Participation - The EQPB is a quarterly compensation item payable subject to minimum qualification requirements to agents and agency leaders on their personal production.
3. Qualifying Requirements -To be entitled to EQPB, the following minimum requirements must be met by an agent or an agency leader on his personal production
3.1. Net Annualized Premium (NAP)-minimum of PHP200,000 for the calendar quarter
3.2. Personal Persistency at least 85% on the third month of the calendar quarter
4. EQPB Computation -The EQPB is computed every calendar quarter by multiplying an agent's or agency leader's personal First Year Commissions (FYC) for the quarter by the applicable EQPB rate
4.1. PIA Plus, PruMillionaire, Top-ups, Variable Life Rider, group products (eg. group life, group PA. PruSecure), digital bite-sized products and digital microinsurance products are considered as excluded from the EQPB.
4.2 Accident & Health products except Stand Alone Critical Illness (e g. Personal Accident. PruWellness, PruShield)) are given 20% FYC credits for EQPB computation.
4.3 Except excluded products, other plans including Stand Alone Critical Illness are given 100% FYC credits for EQPB computation
